My second visit to Crackley Garage was in January , for an interim service plus MOT.
Delighted again with all levels of service & a very generous discount for both procedures together. Work completed quickly & courteous phone call when the work was finished.
I was thrilled to find my car had even been washed as well ! That was a real bonus, as I struggle with finding time to do that.
My car is 8 years old & some garages can be sniffy but I was impressed at how courteously I was treated at Crackley Garage on both of my visits.
Top quality work , value & good advice.
I would recommend Crackley Garage to anyone in the area who is looking for a proper garage .
I have no other connection to Crackley Garage , just that of a happy customer, wish I`d found it years ago !
Buyer BEWARE ...2 bad experiences
This garage was recommended to me by another garage. However, in the last year I have had two horrific experiences. The owner, James, is a well respected guy , but I'm afraid his staff are inept and James fails to control the business in a satisfactory way. My first visit they damaged an alloy wheel on my 320 Touring and scratched the A pillar. James apologised and discounted the bill to reflect the damage. I was unhappy but felt they deserved another chance, besides there are not many BMW specialists in the Warwick Stratford area.
2 weeks ago I booked my car in for a service and a replacement rear light assembly. I arrived today ( 26th July) and was told by the receptionist it might take 2 hours . Fair enough ! I set off and walked round Kenilworth , they are 2 miles from the centre , in the rain for 2 hours .She promised to call my mobile and update me with the news of my car's progress. As I approached the garage I was frankly looking forward to "drying off" and driving away in my freshly serviced car with its new lamp assembly. Sadly, it was still in the parking space. I was furious. The receptionist hid from me . James (the proprietor ), asked "whats the matter ?" After explaining that I was shocked the car wasn't even being worked on ...he agreed he could see my point. More apologies from James , but you have to ask , "who is in charge?"
Frankly this garage is one hell of a mess.
