Rubbish garage

Seward accident repair centre in Havant are crap!. They have had my car for two weeks now for a simple front bumper and new number plate repair.. They tell you your car is 100% complete then tell you the parts haven't been ordered!. The staff are very rude on the phone. Gave me a courtesy car,filthy inside with damage to the bodywork which I pointed out to.them when they gave me the car and only a quarter of a tank of fuel in the car plus the ttyre pressure was low on all.four tyres so had to.get that done!. Its no way to.run.a business and they need lessons in.good customer service!!

Terrible service and treatment of customers.

STAY CLEAR of all Sewards Accident repair centres!!!! They offer an incredibly poor service and overcharge for it. My car went in for some minor cosmetic repairs and i was messed around completely from the very start.
I was provided a courtesy car that was so filthy i had to get it cleaned immediately also just about enough fuel in it to get me to the nearest petrol station.
I was told upon giving my car in that it will take a couple of weeks. I called them every week after giving my car in to make sure that they are abiding to their deadline, by the 2nd week they said they had ordered a part and were waiting for it. I called the week after and the part had still not arrived and its due date had increased to another 2 weeks. So i called back 2 weeks later to find out if the part had arrived.. To my surprise it hadn't, they now said that it won't arrive for another 5 weeks!!!!!! You can understand my frustration here... I had enough of the courtesy car they provided me with so i organised to get a hire car similar to my car that was currently getting fixed. A couple of days later my courtesy car arrives and i get a call from the garage stating that my car had been fixed and was ready for collection. Now, i was very confused as only a couple of days ago they said the part won't arrive for 5 weeks. I asked them how it had been fixed and they simply said "instead of replacing the part we decided to fix it".
The name of their company is Seward accident repair centre not Seward accident replace centre!!! Why wasn't this done weeks ago!!
Not only was their service poor but they were incredibly rude over the phone to me and while i was in store! This is not the way a business should run!!
Im trying to stop you from making the same mistakes i made so if you are thinking about getting your car repaired here... DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! I urge you to take it elsewhere where a proper service is given.

Excellent accident repair service

Recently had an accident over just after the christmas break. Found the staff at Seward very helpfull, being insured with LV i was a little worried having read the previous postings, but i had nothing to fear. They collected my car in time with a courtesy car as agreed and repairs to my wing in door were top draw. They even cleaned the car and its never looked so good. two days after i received a follow up call from Seward customer servicesjust checking everything was ok, which is was. Can't ask for more than that. Well done Sewards.

Poor customer service and never deliver on promise

Used them as recommended by LV=. Poor customer service and never deliver what they promised. To avoid them!!!!!

Minor Accident Repair Nightmare

My car went in to repair a wing mirror and minor scratches to the door and rear wing as the recommended repairers through LV Insurance. It took 8 days rather than the 6 I was told, it kept slipping. When I got the car back there where a number of defects in the paintwork, fish eyes, overspray, areas that had not been polished. Sewards agreed to rectify the defects. After being promised it would be ready after a further 3 days with them I have just been told yet again that it is not ready and will be another day. Do not expect to get your car back when promised and check the quality as they clearly have issues on both fronts.
